courteous managerdirty sheetsunprofessional experience
the bar manager was very courteous and helpful he is an asset to the hotel
i arrived late at night the room i was given had not been properly cleaned bed sheets were used this i found unacceptable i requested clean sheets and a fresh towel the experience was unprofessional

the shower worked well, and the room was of a decent size for what i needed.
the room i was given had not been cleaned properly upon my arrival, i noticed the sheets looked used. i asked for them to change the sheets, they did changed it. this.
